Lisa has worked in the Graphic Design profession for 30 years in New York City, Long Island (New York), Chicago, Jacksonville (Florida), and Santa Fe (New Mexico), in both digital and print mediums.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, Lisa attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI as a Fine Arts Major, and graduated from New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) with a Fashion Illustration degree. She has formally studied painting for 5 years in Santa Fe, NM further developing her creative and artistic talents.
In addition to her watercolor renditions of the Lady of Guadalupe (“Energetic Virgin de Guadalupe”), she has also created a unique artistic presence with her “Full Moon Over Ojo Caliente”, available as a water-color. She has digitally enhanced these images and commercialized them as greeting cards available from the artist, and small mercantile shops.
Lisa’s art portfolio also includes digital illustration, hand-painted furniture, and fabric art (“dream pillows”).
Lisa currently is a full time resident of Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
